That's very true, it seems to work for with just about anything we produce especially ( recently) auto makers and battery makers and related ..why not something like FT or JRs in general ? Or is that too simple? 

those with the money want mare of it and don't care how they get it ....it's nothing new. We want jobs, technologies development etc...those with the money will bring it but we taxpayers have,  and historically have had to,  pay them to do it.

so give some money or tax credits or whatever and how ever you want to frame it, but give it and get results. FT is in a position to contribute to the end game....let's get on with it....squeaky wheel gets the grease.
