It's a bit tough to call on seasonality.  There are spring load limts on many of the roads, and it would be even more necessary to watch for load limts on the access road to and from the minesite relative to the movement of heavy equipment or ore in transit (at least until the frost is well out, and the ground has dried and firmed up). 

But I bet Rusty's F150 can still make it in and out to help move any development ore.
