Patricia, the company does not have to issue the warrant Unless they are exercised..

Lets say, you being a Rep for  LARGE iNSTITUTION and your holding 15 million warrants that are not exercised and you know there not going to-be at all.

Lets say, Patricia, also hhas 15m shares bought on a PP so you have 30m potential to own..

THE 30M FLOAT THAT COULD TRADE  BETWEEN Institutions at half cent increments like we seen here for 4 years always boggles my-self..

Notice to-day the depth chart on the ASK never moved yet we seen close to one million shares ntrade..

Patricia, ASK your self where duo these fantom shares that trade come from...

BAY shares traded over 1.8 billion shares all between 2.5 and 3 cents , while only 50m are free trading with the rest esscrowed or longs..

Go-Figure...i have all this here in Archive..

Call me whatever you want but this statement, " Patricia, the company does not have to issue the warrant Unless they are exercised.." is 100% false. This is a publicly traded company that must disclose all security issuances. Obviously if you do not understand this, you will not understand how harmful that making false statements on a message board are. Low morals is obvious. Gracias. Cheers mate.

ps. I may make a call to the OSC to fact check this.
