My point to my post that you seem to not understand was, how do we know those shares are actually in an escrow agreement like you are stating?
You have been wrong before about warrants and that has been proven here many times over. Prove that there are 50 million shares in escrow as you say. It appears to me this has 179,000,000 million shares outstanding of which possibly 10% (which cannot be verified) are held by insiders. That would mean maybe 150,000,000 million shares are on the street and floating around. That seems more likely the case here. BAY's market is like a game of musical chairs, when the music stops, nobody wants to be without a seat. Thats why you are seeing stock on the offer all the time. Another myth busted today. Gracias. Tik tok. Grinnnn. Cheers mate. Yup. Hummmm.
PS: if you cant provide proof of an existing escrow agreement then there isnt one and those shares are in the float. Simple. We know there isnt one disclosed in the MD&A or recent financials.
