One man did not make it happen.  That's the problem.  

What is the sale price on this outfit at this very moment if the financing had not been done and they hunkered down and waited for favorable conditions like they had before and just kept drilling?  For years I have been waiting for this to be taken over and instead we're stuck with explorers becoming miners (recipe for disaster). 

Management put their jobs ahead of shareholders, financed at the bottom (an incredible feat) and filled their boots with options.  I'd be incredibly more angry if not unloading 2/3rds during better times.

And millions of shares just wash back and forth every day since last September in this ridiculous price band.  wtf.
