RE:RE:?This fn issue isn't even much of an issue Fordtrucks.
The road isn't going through their territories, it's going through the marten falls and webequie territories and branching right into their communities. Not only are the two tribes supportive, they were involved in the design. This whole thing is like a whining entitled child with their hands out for free money. They've had years to come to negotiations and probably could have had a great shot at securing a better future for their community of 300 people if they were diplomatic about the approach in sharing the wealth of the ring. They will definitely get government money but they have lost the ability to do so with pride. The road isn't just about mining! This road is being built for the communities, to give to the communities but the government has to use this road for the mining industry to recoup. It's not like the natives are going to start paying taxes to fund these roads. This road is being built with or without the consent of the native community that doesn't even occupy or have claim on the route. The parties that do occupy this territory have given consent.
