Updates comingHad a good conversation yesterday with Stefan (CEO).
Should be a NR coming out on Monday.
He has been very busy of late with McEwen Copper closing over a $100M in agreements and apologized for the lack of information flowing.
This is probably the only unfortunate aspect of your CEO being also the VP of McEwen Mining.
You have to remember whose's paying your bills.
Geology team has been staying busy with prospects mainly on the Sudbury 2.0 properties.
Looking to hopefully drill at the Dorland Mine property along with others.
They've engaged a third party organization to work towards a resource estimate for the Pardo property.
Again, the paleoplacer deposits are difficult from a RE aspect and an acceptable methodology needs to be developed. Looking to possible work with Glencore to provide ore to the Horne Smelter in Quebec. The Horne Smelter has issues with arsenic in their process and are working to try and reduce this issue. One means to do this would be the blending of Pardo's low arsenic low to a more acceptable level.
Win/win for both.
https://www.glencore.ca/en/horne Glencore has a reputation of being slow as molasses, when it comes to decision making, so no expectations for news in the very near future.
My personal opinion is things are continuing to move forward (albeit slowly).
The RE for Pardo is definitely a must have allowing the team hit the streets for support.
Holding long.
Cheers
