The Bank Term Funding Program was put in place to solve the liquidity crisis but it's not going to solve the potential commercial real estate loans that are expected to default in 2023 and beyond.
The risks of a banking crisis has only just begun. The regional banks cannot compete with the Fed and poor decision making of the past is going to haunt them in the future.
