The financing

The financingMany of us considered the words that JSL used  for an estimate of when financing would happen as a promise.

The guy cannot promise something that is partly not under his control.

The estimate comes from the team. Guys like Marcus Brune, ex CFO of Albermarle must know a few things about financing. And Haber who dealed with a working hark rock lithium mine.

When the permit saga reached the end and considering  the size and complexity of financing the mine, they gave us what they thought would be a conservative time line that is from their meetings with the rest of the board, Cannacord, and other unnamed finance institutions.

Could CRE have reached a deal before the end of 1st quarter ? I am sure of that, but considering many elements that WE have no clue about, it is taking a bit longer.

Anyway, it is no use trying to second guess the teams decisions on how exactly to proceed in the best way to get things up and running.

Could anyone predict last November the upsets in the stock market of these last 5 months ? Recession scare, Inflation, Interest rates, Bank closures, Spot price fall....ect...

Electrification IS continuing and we need more lithium is needed to achieve this. Even more so in North America and Europe.
