58 days 58 days before the trial with Shiseido...
I am a gambling man (clearly with my xxxk shares in this company), but man I have have mixed feeling about this.
One would think if Shiseido wants to avoid the public exposure of the court system, the dialog would have started by now, or very soon.
But do they really care if it hits the courts? I mean, companies in general are in court battles ALL THE TIME. Shiseido is a conglomerate powerhouse and as a result, have powerhouse attorneys. If they believe they are right, why wouldn't they take it all the way? What's stopping them? They fight for their rights constantly, why would they treat this any different?
But then again, if they do go to courts and battle, that has to be a good sign that IT WORKS! And if Shiseido wins, Replicel will need more cash to start marketing this elsewhere. (Probably easier said than done), but one would think Replicel has the secret sauce
dunno,,, just thinking out loud.
thoughts?
