"they canceled another 1.3 million on friday. massive "? No that has been accumulating for weeks and is just the formal cancelling. THERE WERE NO BUYS POSTED LAST WEEK. No blackout starts the last week of the quarter, and even so, the NCIB can side-step it with automated criteria.

Manji + NCIB halted = BAD NEWS. $6.50 will come in a heart-beat on a pisspoor Q1.
