RE:RE:RE:Monday is the most important day in history for AX.UNi realize they were accumulated in the prior week and then submitted for cancelation which appeared on friday's sedi filings, still a massive amount for a reit like ARTIS which already has a tight float. i suspect artis wouldn't be buying back units if company fundamentals were weak nor likely would have manji bought over $3 million himself. actually they have leverage metrics they must maintain with creditors!

a blackout could occur if the company is in process of doing anything material (like debt refinancing) pending release to the public. i didn't review the original ncib announcement but it seems like they use it tactically more then automated which would be omited from blackout restrictions.
