Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Had they any alternative options they would have obviously taken them. When you reference worst of both worlds with a floor at 6 you gotta know who is in the drivers seat here, thus the outsized concerned with the huge debt wall they are facing. Admitedly, I am not as familiar with the nuances of some of these debt structures or facilities but just enough to know when to worry. Purely from a trading perspective I think we have priced in enough risk here given what is in front of us including overall tightness, but we most certainly have not priced in anything near, should there be a glitch from either covenant or leverage ratio misshap. I wrote a quick response to my prior post wherein I suggested I just can't see them being overly concerned given that they were just out trying to take over the world a short while ago if they had a genuine concern about getting this done. Maybe we all worry too much................did I just say that?!
