Yep.  Was not the commissioning to happen in the first quarter and full production in second quarter.  Clear as mud.  They are hopeless on communication!  So what is on their timeline that is on track?  Maybe they should put out a timeline to which they can be accountable.

hopefully not hopeless on full production in the second quarter.
