You haven't gone wrong in your assessment. The PR statement "will be ready to enter a continuous phase setting the stage for continuous metal production." indicates the individual plant components are not connected for material flow. Hence no pictures or posted 3rd party metallurigical reports. "continuous metal production" would imply a conveyor system and continuous feed of ore at the head. The commerical building, housing the individual plant components, isn't  zoned for having a huge ore pile in the back parking lot.

If I'm wrong then post the pictures of the pilot plant. Most smart phones have digital cameras and WIFI capability.

Anyways, the got the financing to continue servcing the legal and accounting fees. I wonder if the pilot plant equipment is in escrow due to the lawsuits.
