"I have clearly stated that I am not a shareholder. I have some sympathy for current and former shareholders of this company and was asked as a favour to look into it. I must confess that, having been ripped off myself on more than one occasion, and as an active investor who is frustrated by company directors who continuously get away with reckless statements such as those made by Black mentioned above and yet are rarely called to account, I do occasionally do some digging when I see something that smells wrong and I see harm being inflicted. I trust that is sufficient explanation."
