If so, I'd say they've been completing the DND $40M contract milestone 2 review, in order for DND to be able to pass the expense in their FY22/23, which ended Mar 31st.

If that's the case, DM may be in a position to issue a NR between now and mid-Apr highlighting milestone 2 income which, in my opinion, may be around $10M.

All only speculation in my part.
