how much dilutio g=has been created over the last 12 months

how much dilutio g=has been created over the last 12 months there is something terribly wrong with this company-- a company that issues equity to funance expansion is in trouble -- it is a very negative sign from an investment perspective. It clearly indicates  mangement has run out of ideas and /or totally screwed up --

NPI also has always had a crappy dividend - if the didivends withheld were used to improve the company it is one thing -- but in this case it was not successful -- a major change at the top is desparately needed in this failing company
