How can the First Nations back track and now claim that they meant to include all rare earths and critical minerals below the depth of a plough? Bad advice from the First Nations' lawyers and negotiators? Bad advice from their Chief? It's an opportunitic try by the First Nations but it's also a claim that's without merit.
