RE:ClosingActually they are right on schedule. I am one of the ones that thought they should be further along. Electrovaya is now installing an automated production line in Mississuagua to assemble Hi voltage battery packs. This line is supposed to be complete and ready for startup at the end of April/May 1st. The modules will them be shipped to Jamestown where they will be assembled into battery packs. Most likely for busses. The production line in Jamestown is allso now upnder construction and is scheduled to be ready May 1st. They are also putting together a test stand to test these batteries as they come off the line. So,,, We should get a customer/PO announcement for these battery modules sometime later in April?? Looks like they are right on schedule.
The reason they ship the parts to Jamestown is so they can get an ASSEMBLED in the USA so that the customer can get Federal rebates and Electrovaya gets a good customer.
Just as soon as the dust settles on the above construction, look fo them to announce the start of cell manufacturing construction. This will be needed as sales orders are expected to zoom out the roof. (increase at an exponetial rate)
