Don't be afraid by the Moody's wording of its rating families.

First, JUNK is not from Moody's it's  simplistic wording to divide companies in only two classes: 
  • Investment grade for all the BBB and better graded companies and....
  • JUNK for all others companies from BB+ to C-
Highly speculative comment  is for all the B1, B2 and B3.   For exemple Air Canada with 7,3 B$ in cash, is a B3 company, only 1 notch above Bombardier.

The wording for the all the BB companies (Ba for Moody's) is : .Obligations rated Ba are judged to have speculative elements and are subject to substantial credit risk.

Not a specially positive wording !!!! but it's just below Investment grade.
