RE:unsolicited offers for ncu

RE:unsolicited offers for ncuWith all the love and respect Nf, the statements about Pala's plans are very optimistic which I can appreciate, but it's speculative (I'm 100% guilty of doing this as well, it's all good).

Pala had major stakes 40-60% in companies before and sold them off in the past. If this is part of the plan... I'm wondering if the buy-out price would be on current outstanding shares, or fully diluted...

Approximate fully diluted: 1,300,000,000
Current Outstanding: 723,509,000

Below is the approx.average share price for the Big 3:

Pala: $1.39
Solway: $0.77
Mercuria: $0.36

Looking at Mercuria's synergistic investment approach in Nevada Copper, I see them as a very long-term, stable shareholder just like Pala. There are many avenues these 3 companies can work together once the copper is out of the ground as well.

I'm "betting the farm" on privatization or merger with premium for us shareholders and Chantelle.

With love
