RE:RE:Balance Sheet Strength - New Article from the FPGreat strategy MHP, buy high sell low. LOL Didn't realize you are American.
The debt levels of these companies make it easy for management to set modest goals, attached to big bonus checks. I like it better when management is aligned with shareholders, buying shares with their own cash, and not milking it at both ends big compensation, big bonus, and low expectations for the shareholders.
Management has always stated their goals and expectations. Don't blame them for your inability to comprehend. Also, how do you see a correlation between debt levels and modest goals. LOL
A good point is that with an industry flush with cash there is opportunities to sell assets at premium prices, and ARX has a ton of land that really could be monetized if they wanted.
I thought someone posted recently ARX had sold some land? Low prices means not so flush anymore, still making money though.
ARX also has a ton of facility that is running at less than capacity that represent opportunity and low cost production additions for the shareholders.
Planning for future needs is a good thing in my books, negative for those wanting short term profits.
I feel ARX has weak and poor management, i am looking to exit again, likely after Q1 earnings.
You have been whining about poor management for years and have jumped in and out (supposedly) many times. Don't blame management for your inablility to comprehend their written goals and objectives. Don't let the door hit you in the a$$ on your way out. Will be nice to see you disappear. IMHO
