Now with five directors there is room for the new CEO, once hired, and at least one more independent director with ITS experience. Wasn't it you who advocated for a reduction in the number of directors from the current nine? I also feel that a couple of directors are placeholders until the outcome of the Wilan review is announced.
Apopos Ms. Stevenson, I had the same read as you regarding the length of her tenure on prior boards. If she had bought any stock I might have thought of her as a potetnial for the CEO position, but the propbability is that she has simple decided to move on.
Lastly, I think Skippen and Gillberry deserve thanks for their contributions. Acknowledging more recent mistakes and misjudgements, Wilan and hence QTRH, would be in the scrap heap if not for their contributions.
