RE:RE:MY TAKE I too took the opportunity and sold shares to buy warrants.
I am not putting any more money into this stock until there is more visibility. I was so close after the August data release to buying more convinced we would see prices back in the 0.60+ range by year end. But the PPs, warrant extension and other warning signs gave me pause - thankfully I didn't buy.
I have plenty of upside potential if things play out as expected but I don't need to lose anymore if it doesn't.
Right now I have no reason to believe they won't work out. However, if things are business as usual and management is in a waiting pattern for the FDA to approve their BTD application why didn't they release a quarterly trial update?
I assume if Roger is taking over it will be after a BOD meeting in April (I assume there will be one to go over the Q4 results and year end). I also assume the company has filed their BTD application.
Clearly the company is late getting BTD in that they had sufficient data as early as August 31st and then November 31st if the FDA criteria of 20-25 patients is to be believed.
When you steward to a timeline and it somehow changes most companies would give shareholders and investors a reason and revised timeline. There are lots of legitimate reasons why - aren't shareholders entitled to know?
The company has not updated their corporate presentation since June 28, 2022. It's time. Spend a few hours and layout your plans for the next year. There are lots of things that shareholders would like to know that would impact the share orr term and long term:
Time line for AA
Status on expanding phase 2 treatment sites.
Expectation on when the company will complete the phase 2 and apply for FDA approval.
Status on the construction and delivery of the modified lasers for the vaccine trial.
What were the key points in the July agreement signed for the vaccine trial?
What is potential around the vaccine trial and if successful what might the next steps look like?
Status/timelines on the phase 1 trials for brain and lung cancers?
