ProShares Short SmallCap600 T.SBB

Primary Symbol: SBB

The investment seeks daily investment results that correspond to the inverse (-1x) of the daily performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the funds investment objective. The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:RE:RE:Voted against

RE:RE:RE:Voted against Is SBB continually hitting new 52W-Highs also infuriating.....?....again today at 2.18 before closing at 2.15.

You guys think SBB is being sold cheap while no other miner wants to touch it for what BTO is offering.

If BTO announced they're bailing on their offer on Monday, SBB's share price would drop like a stone.

It would be so much better had the BTO offer never existed, SBB currently trading at around 1.80, and dark clouds on the horizon if mine build expenses grow unexpectedly over the next two years, new equity raises are required, and/or desperation sets in due to extreme weather conditions or other wildcards, right....?

People first complaining about not enough information - now complaining about too much information.

Deal was announced Feb. 13. It's now April 6. No new offers. Not a peep from large shareholders. Nice web page set up for the shareholder information about the deal and how to vote.

Yeah, really getting screwed over......
