AIMIA RESPONSE TO MITHAQ'S STATEMENT

AIMIA RESPONSE TO MITHAQ'S STATEMENTNot so great in getting in front of an apparent situation by the Amia board. The onion is out and now the layers are showing a situation the shareholders should have been apprised of. I am not a fan of Mithaq's gathering of shares in whichone of the Mittleman sells off many shares and Mithaq becomes the largest shareholder. Mark my words from the past Amia will be sold for pennies on the dollar and the board  will profit. We the shareholders should be apprised first on such a matter  The misuse involved an insider who was a former member of the Company's board of directors and a senior officer of the affiliate in breach of his legal obligations. Name names Amia !!!!!
