Once they dilute the existing shareholders, they'll turn around and do a 20-1 RS. Accumulating a low $SP low volume penny stock implies long term investment. Very risky business IMO. Someone will make big $ off voxtur. It's just not going to be the penny wishing 50 bagger retail bagholders.
