Interesting update and telling.
Havent been following this much, so glad to see at least one post on what I see as the most important and telling news.

After reviewing the previous financials and seeing the cash burn, liquidity issues, which were then verified on the failed financing.
Ouch-the going concern statement here looks on the mark.
