RE:Management Salaries..as of their Sept 2022 Statements
TheLandedEagles wrote: For all to view, and should be of interest to all on this information....found this as the facts off of their public filing of their last quartly statements ending Sept 2022..by the way, these figures are all in U.S.DOLLARS.....

During the NINE MONTHS ended September 30, 2022, management fees, bonuses and salaries of $537,227 (2021 - $176,930), director fees of $54,000 (2021 - $42,000), and stock-based compensation of $1,163,647 (2021 - $Nil) were incurred to related parties.

A breakdown of the fees incurred by related party during the nine months ended September 30, 2022 as follows:

Salary Bonuses & Management fees Name Relationship Amount

Arthur Halleran Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and director $ 266,475
Ozge Karalli Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) $ 34,341
Kubilay Yildirim Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) and Director $ 153,411
David M. Thompson Director and former CFO $ 83,000

Interesting right...while he was preaching how he wasnt taking much salary...if you annualize this , his salary is $355,300 U.S dollars....converted to CDN at todays approx rate of 1.35....HE MAKES A STAGGERING SALARY OF $479,655 CDN....Wow...not bad....Im sure they are not be paid more...if you compare their 9 months total from 2021 ...they gave themselves quite an increase over 300%..

So lets all keep in mind, our CEO, and its management is being very well paid for there services and us shareholders should hold him accountable for bringing shareholder value to us as well with the share price of the stock....Success has been achieved on all fronts, but if our share price doesnt reflect this success and our share price continues to be suppressed....something is wrong..this must change soon...hopefully it will...JMO,  thought you may find this of interest, ...

Get real. Ever heard of due diligence? We all reviewed all this, AND MORE, before, and after, we bought the stock. It's not news to real shareholders. You will lose all your money buying first, then finding things you don't approve of. Whether it's warranted or not. Sprinkle your soft bashing propaganda elsewhere. We ain't buyin ! All CEOs, and other senior mgmt , and BOD, make multiples more than you do. No surprise to me. Solution? Work harder and you can earn that comp package should your accomplishments come even close.
