RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Increase of Options from 10% to 14% of outstanding SharesAnd yes ... exercising the ATM follow-on offering, as ONCY is doing, and issuing increasing managment share options both act to increase the total number of shares issued thus diluting existing shareholder ownership. 

When the number of shares outstanding increases, each existing stockholder owns a smaller, or diluted percentage of the company, making each shareholder-held share less valuable.
