It seems unlikely that any one company will want to pony up the capital to build this. It's a huge construction project, absolutely requires on-site LNG powered turbine generators for electricity. Am I remembering correctly when I think someone wrote that once built, the Casino power plant will be the largest electricity generating station in the entire Yukon province? The "grid" is 800 miles away, there is no chance it reaches the Casino site quickly enough to obviate the LNG turbine generation plant.
