But from what I have read with the recommendation for FERC not to allow the deal,it most likely will pass the deadline. Lets hope for the best and this company finds alternate routes to recover our share value.
The FERC not approving the new submission for Kentucky would be a positive for AQN which the market will like or has already priced in. Pay the $65 million and move forward.
