And filing for bankruptcy with the District of Nevada
under the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Code.
 
According to the financial report of TAAT  "On February 18, 2023, the Issuer’s wholly owned subsidiary TAAT International LLC filed
a voluntary petition for non-individuals filing for bankruptcy with the District of Nevada
under the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Code."
