And back in 2012 onwards nobody was too excited about NewGolds Blackwater because it was said the Gold grades were too low to have an economical mine there !!
Well, well how times have changed.
Personally I'd rather have a deposit like IAU or even what Brixton has started to find because much higher grades means a hell of a lot less rock to move. Playing through 20 to 25 tons of rock to get one Oz is a lot of wear and tear on machinery.
Sure you can compare open pit with deep mining but each to their own.
Personally I don't see depth as an issue, there are many successful deep Gold mines around the world. Just visit S Africa.
Open up those eyes, just don't dismiss something because it's different.
