If a 0.50 stock drops by only 0.05, it's down 10%.
See SIC if you want to view a company with a low share price that nonetheless dropped from 0.40 a year ago to 0.20 today, which is a one year loss of 50%.
I think market cap and (to a lesser extent) total number of shares outstanding are more valuable metrics to look at vs. share price.
BBB has a market cap of only 45M which is good all else being equal (the lower the better) but has already issued 229,000 shares (which is not a deal breaker for me, but in my view quite high for a company at this point in its operations).
