What the? Hexo down .03 cents premarket?!?

on 661 shares?
That can't be right - quinlash and vulcan said Hexo was UP .05 cents on 5,000 shares.

I'm starting to think you cant go by pre and after markets when there's no news - and that you cant go by quinlash and vulcan whether there's news or not!
