RE:Baywall you ... Wecan voice your concerns by contacting the company. Investor call-in days offer an opportunity also. What is gained by discussing dilution issues on this forum?

If want to replace Mike Crawley, Wendy Franks or anyone else state our case to them. Let them, explain why they are issuing more stock. 

As back seat drivers, we all want to run the company, but offer simple suggestions of little merit.
