WOW, what are you on. Employee numbers can be easily accounted for by outsourcing certain functions rather than doing the in-house. Grasping at straws

Its "that have made huge profits" not "that have make huge profits".

"does not loose people", lets try "does not lose people".

What is "keep buys"?

Do you know that Tourmaline just does not loose people, and the attrition rate of the staff is pretty low, because they work hard, keep buys, and minimize the accountry like Bibby and the money wasting activities.

I think that ARX has almost 3 time the people as TOU and less production. Very inefficient management team.

What gives.
