Sunrise is a dry natural gas play with a low-cost structure, well deliverability and direct connectivity to liquefied natural gas Canada.

Demonstrates the pure incompetance of management, and their lack of skin in the game, compare Mike Rose investment in TOU to Terry's investment in ARX is doesn't compare.

Compare Terry's experience as a CEO, Terry had no experience previously, and Bibby is a rookie CFO, they need lots of support and ARX is very inefficient.

Who would put a rookie CEO and CFO in charge of this company to witness their failed execution?
