Sorry if I confused you.

It doesn't matter if it's Private Placements or not but the bottomline is that they have no more cash. Correct me if I'm wrong, they only have $36K cash on hand based on the last financials release and that was what, over a month ago? OPEX/CAPEX is Operational Expeditures and Capital Expenditure ...it's not just about buying and operating equipment.

Them rejecting the PP maybe a smokescreen. They hit rockbottom and nobody's biting in lending them money (I think)
