Especially if / when Wilan has been sold. Small tech companies generally don't pay dividends and Quarterhill ITS would be a small tech company.
I certainly don't recall IRD (pre-buyout by Quarterhill) ever paying a dividend.
One idea that I have suggested is, following a sale of Wilan, to pay a one-time special dividend (maybe a nickel?) but then no regular dividends after that.
