RE:CloudMD

RE:CloudMD Hi, I typically read posts, formulate opinions curated with other facts and refrain in general from posting. Rarely when I post, it is to seek input  advice and guidance from others.
1- Dhruv' skillset is a good addition albeit late. CloudMD has a business strategy (good or bad, I am not debating) that is misaligned with its technology archutecture. Tech stack needs to be designed to enable delivery on business strategy with ability for rapid scaling, minimal fixed costs, easy API based integrations, simple UI/UX and security. Dhruv's role should have been hired earlier.
2- Agree that Karen is delaying Q4 in order to release some positive news (no matter how weak) to the market. I do know for a fact that Karen and John are focused on fixing operational challenges but I would not claim to know their degree of success.
3- Much like everyone else, I do expect Q4 to be fairly dismal with slight upswing in Q1. However that is obvious and makes me no genius to predict that.
Where I would love to seek input from this forum is:
1- Is there a price dip expected after Q4 release?
2- If yes to above then any educated guesses on how big of a drop in price?
2- Is it that the Q4 anticipated bad news is already baked in to the current price?
