Window dressing and I agree it will be a VERY slow process. The whole operating methodolgy of Scotia bank needs to be overhauled. Their large presence in South America has never and will never produce good results. They are third world countries, every one of them. They are predominantly corrupt Countries and operating there without joining the corruption is nearly impossible. Scotia has been subsidizing their exposure there for decades.
