True, I should have said it should have been high priority, not first on the agenda.  Running the company should always take centre stage.
Either way, they need to apply and would be approved without question, as would have been the case for the past year. 
I highly doubt they will be paying a dividend while still listed on the V, if they can't even be bothered uplisting.  I'd be more than happy to be proven wrong though.
