Under Virginia property, it focuses on exploring two targets in Virginia: high-grade mesothermal gold vein mineralization along strike of the Buckingham Gold Vein and zinc-copper SEDEX-style mineralization in a newly identified base metals/polymetallic belt.

good point Patrick2Linton...Quote" overhang in the BAY market is real.

as pointed out many times this so called OverHang  Patricia, has seen trading over a Billion shares trade . Like 19m to one Billion,. 

The ODDS are on your side of the street, patrcia  paying a billion to 19 ,..go-figure..
