Trogarzon already voted is 200,000 shares
to remove ther board and CEO. You can add my 102,000 shares to the total. We now stand at 302,000.
My question is will other shareholders finally wake up to realize what they are really getting from this management team. Sometimes it's better to cut off the gangrene limb to preserve the healthy part of the body.
Getting rid of the board and CEO will probably bring a more pragmatic and cost conscious team and save us some money. Keeping them in place at this stage is probably the worst business decision to take, if the past is any indication of the futur, they will probably dilute the company, negotiate another bad financing, give themselves more perks and probably sell or dilapidate whats left of the company at our expense.
