after checking TVI's INK Insider reports it shows Patrick Hanna as having 11,000,000 options as well. There are also 3 Philippine managers that have around 3,000,000 options.  


I have 3 Questions:

1) Why is the last filing date for all TVI Insiders in 2015

2) When are the expiry dates for TVI options. Looks like they were issued sometime before 2015 and no one has exercised their options up to 2023. 

3) In addition to Cliffs shares and options he also has 215 "debentures".  Are these loans convertible to cash, shares or options.
