It also maintains the right to repurchase the Arctos anthracite coal deposits in northwest British Columbia. It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

It is in the news release. FT requested a MCTO but IIROC denied it because they requested with less than 2 weeks to deadline. IIROC had to impose a failure to file CTO because of the 2 week rule.
Don't get me wrong. This is a monster red flag and the future looks bleak for FT but I don't think they are quite dead yet.
I am not that far underwater and I am looking to exit this IF it starts trading again unless FT has some really good news to release when the 3 week delay is up.
It is time for this company to pull a rabbit out of it's hat or bankruptcy is coming soon
