Peer transactions:
Boepd = 40,000
Price per boepd = $37,000
EV = $1.48b

You can value this transaction any number of ways, you'll keep coming up with ~$1.5b

The Logan deal isn't bad, it's just harder to understand without production numbers. About half of the engineering team is moving over to Logan and the former VP Eng is the Logan COO. A more realistic Logan NPV10 would be $200-300m + $100m cash / 440m shares isn't too bad.
